What We Are Particularly Excited About

In this release we are particularly excited about these new Slips features:

* Improve local network detection.

* Reduce false positives for DNS, DHCP, multicast, and broadcast traffic.

* Improve IPv6 and Zeek input handling for local-network checks and profiler processing.

* Add support for the latest version of IDMEFv2.

* Update Slips dependencies and Docker files.
